The information you will view:
- Was compiled from the seventh edition of the "Traveler's Guide to the Firearm Laws of the Fifty States", researched and written by J. Scott Kappas, Esq., copyright 2003.
- Values represent the percentage of firearm freedom within that particular state with respect to all the other states within the U.S.
- Rating is 0 to 100, where Zero represents no freedom at all and 100 represents total freedom.
(PS: There is NO 100% freedom, of course... nor is there a 0%.)
